About the Journal

The Journal of Law, Policy and Justice (JLPJ) is a triannual open-access publication published by the Bangladesh Society for Human Rights Law Studies. We warmly invite submissions of original research articles, theoretical analyses, case studies, and policy-orientated papers from both legal and interdisciplinary perspectives.

Our journal focuses on themes at the intersection of law, public policy, governance, human rights, and justice. We encourage authors to reflect on contemporary legal and societal challenges, exploring how legal rules, governance structures, and human rights frameworks shape social life and institutional reform.

Every submission to JLPJ is reviewed with great care to maintain academic integrity. Manuscripts first undergo a double-blind evaluation by independent expert reviewers and are then further assessed by members of the editorial board to ensure scholarly quality and structural soundness.

All published content in JLPJ is freely accessible online to readers worldwide without subscription fees or paywalls. This aligns with our commitment to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
